Three men from Crawford, Franklin and Maries counties have been sentenced for conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, Acting United States Attorney Michael W. Reap announced Thursday. Kyle M. Pennock, 24, of Bourbon, was sentenced to 24 months in prison on Nov. 5; Clayton T. Sherman, 27, of Cuba, was sentenced to three years probation on Oct. 8; Brandon L. Sherman, 39, of Sullivan, was sentenced to 48 months in prison on Sept. 29; and Dustin A. Curtis, 24, of Belle is scheduled for sentencing on Dec. 22. The defendants appeared before United States District Judge Charles A. Shaw.
