“Winter Sparkle” is the theme for the 2013 Steelville Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting to be held on Tuesday, January 22 at Golden Echoes. Social gathering and a silent auction will begin at 6 p.m., with dinner to follow at 7 p.m.

    The evening will also feature Pat Snodgrass as guest speaker. Snodgrass is the program director for Crawford and Maries counties with the University of Missouri Extension and is a housing and environmental design specialist. Tickets are $20 and are available at First Community National Bank, Peoples Bank, Shelter Insurance and Explore Steelville.
    Attendees are encouraged to participate in the winter theme by wearing white.
