The Cuba Chamber of Commerce’s Fourth Annual Christmas Parade will be held on Saturday, Dec. 5. Line-up for the parade starts at 4 p.m., and the parade will begin at 5 p.m. The line-up will take place on the Britton Funeral Home parking lot. The parade route will make a circle this year, following Main Street east from the funeral home to Buchanan, then north on Buchanan to Route 66, and then heading west to end back at the funeral home. The public is welcome to come by the Cuba Lion’s Den, located on Buchanan Street, after the parade for refreshments and pictures with Santa. Call 885-3355 for parade registration (ask for Lesa Mizell). There is no charge for participating in the parade. Any group, organization or club is welcome to take part. The Cuba High School Drill Team and Band will be marching in the parade.
