The Cuba Ministerial Alliance will be hosting a chili and soup luncheon from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 5. The event will be held in the fellowship hall at the First Baptist Church located at 606 W. Myrtle in Cuba.

Anyone interested in donating a pie or cake for dessert may bring it to the church on Saturday morning prior to the time of the lunch.

The cost of the meal will be $5 for adults and $2.50 for children. It will be considered all you care to eat.

All money collected will be used to meet the needs of people in the Cuba area. Most of it will be used to purchase food and other items for the Christmas baskets that will be distributed by the Cuba Ministerial Alliance on Dec. 18, at Covenant Praise Church of God following a 7 p.m. Christmas service.
