Byfield headed to CMU

    John F. Hodge High School senior Richard Byfield has signed a letter of intent to join the Central Methodist University track team. He plans on running at least the 400m hurtles and the 4x4 relay and is going to try out to be in the decathlon.

Tigers get wins over Cuba and Laquey - PHOTO GALLERY

    The St. James varsity boys’ basketball team defeated both its opponents last week to bring its record to 5-7 on the season headed into this week’s St. James tournament. The junior varsity Tigers also got two wins.

    The St. James Tigers varsity wrestling squad earned some more hardware last week. This time the Tigers earned two first-place finishes at the Owensville tournament.

Wrestling Tigers win Park Hills tournament

    The St. James High School Tigers wrestling squad just finished an awesome week individually and as a team. The team won against four teams in duals and then took first place in the Park Hills Tournament and Danny McCarthy passed Nick DeClue’s school record of 127 career wins.
