Phelps County Commissioners held their regular Tuesday meeting at the St. James Municipal Center on April 23 as part of National County Government month. Commissioners are holding meetings in each of the cities in the county and this was a chance for residents to meet office holders and learn what they do. Commissioners have held meetings in Newburg, Edgar Springs, and St. James as part of their tour.
