A Cuba man first reported for trespassing on one neighbor’s property then allegedly fired shots at another and has been charged with three felonies as a result.
The woman who allegedly stole a vehicle in Rolla faces felony charges in Crawford County after driving it to Cuba and causing a disturbance that led to her arrest. Sharon Shepard, 35, of Chillicothe, faces charges of class D felony of stealing for taking the rental car from another person without permission on May 6.
Area voters should have chosen new city council, school board, and other positions in April, but a delay in the vote due to the ongoing pandemic pushed the election back two months. The vote in the annual municipal election will now take place on Tuesday, June 2.
