The Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development (DHEWD) is offering a unique virtual job fair, offering remote and part-time positions in the Central Region, Tuesday, June 8, 2021, from 10 a.m. – 2 pm.
Employers across the Central Region are seeking their next great team member to fill a variety of positions.
This virtual job fair is part of the Return Strong series, which launched on January 26, 2021. There is currently only one more left in the scheduled series, involving the healthcare field on June 22, 2021.
Though Missouri has faced record unemployment rates due to COVID-19, the Return Strong recovery plan is helping Missourians get back to work as quickly as possible.
The virtual fair overcomes geographical and time zone barriers by allowing exhibitors to interact with potential candidates in a digital environment.

The Central Workforce Development Region exists to strengthen communities through workforce development efforts, which includes providing employers a skilled workforce and helping job seekers access jobs and increase their skills.
The work done to assist the communities of mid-Missouri is a collective effort of the Central Ozarks Private Industry Council (COPIC), the Office of Workforce Development (OWD), and the Central Workforce Development Board (CWDB), along with numerous community partners.
