Councilman questions spending on Rolla Chamber membership

    Councilman Greg Edwards raised concerns about the city’s annual spending to be a part of the Rolla Area Chamber of Commerce during a meeting held on January 10. He questioned if the city should continue to spend money when it is already a member of Geared for Phelps.
