PCAR to hold trivia night fundraiser

Phelps County Animal Rescue will hold a ‘90s-themed trivia night on Friday, January 28, with proceeds going to aid the non-kill animal shelter. Tickets are on sale now for anyone interested in attending the event, which will be held at Meramec Vineyards Winery.

Participants are encouraged to dress up in their favorite ‘90s attire and prepare for ‘90s-inspired trivia throughout the evening. The event will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. and participants are invited to bring their pets as part of the evening.
Tickets are $15 per person and may be purchased in advance or the day of the event. Those wanting to buy a ticket online can do so at https://www.paypal.com/instantcommerce/checkout/W6NDVSFSRXHBW.
Drinks and food can be purchased from Meramec Vineyards Winery during the evening. All proceeds brought in through the fundraiser will aid the animal shelter with expenses in housing and helping local animals brought in until they can be adopted.
PCAR is a volunteer-run, non-profit organization aimed at helping local animals in need as they rehabilitate and rehome animals brought to the shelter. The shelter runs on donations and this event will help with purchasing food and other needed materials used at the facility.
Meramec Vineyards Winery is located at 600 State Route B in St. James. For more information or with help purchasing a ticket, visit the Phelps County Animal Rescue Facebook page or call 573-261-3134.
