Three men stand charged with drug possession charges dating back to December of 2018 and January of this year. Charges were filed by Crawford County Prosecuting Attorney Dave Smith on June 19 and 24 in the three cases.

A town hall meeting to discuss the ongoing opioid crisis will be held next week in Steelville. The meeting is open to anyone interested in learning more about the impact of this epidemic and what is being done to combat it.
Three local students sponsored by Crawford Electric Cooperative have returned from a unique educational and leadership experience in the nation’s capital this summer. All three will enter their senior year in high school this fall.
