The Missouri High School Activities Association announced new basketball district assignments last week and St. James will be facing a new list of opponents when district play begins in late February.

Girls basketball, wrestling begin next week
St. James High School winter sports are about to get underway. The Tigers wrestling season and Lady Tigers basketball season are scheduled to begin next week, with boys basketball also coming soon.
SJMS boys will tip-off season next week
After the exciting season of St. James Middle School girls basketball, it is time for the boys to take the court. The first game for the St. James Middle School Tigers is Monday, November 25 at home against the Steelville Cardinals.
Branson will sign with S&T
Senior Andrew Branson, a standout two-sport player at St. James High School, has made a verbal commitment to play baseball at Missouri S&T in Rolla. Branson plans to officially sign his letter of intent with the Miners Friday, Nov. 15 at St. James High School.
Tigers top FRC poll
The St. James High School boys basketball team was a near-unanimous selection to win the Four-Rivers Conference this season in the FRC Preseason Coaches’ Poll, which was announced last week.
