Even though courses at Missouri University of Science and Technology are being held online this summer due to coronavirus concerns, enrollment for the summer session has grown considerably over last year.

Missouri University of Science and Technology is moving three of its pre-college summer camps to a virtual format for 2020, due to continuing COVID-19 concerns.
The three summer camps will be held in July and will include a combination of online interaction with hands-on activities the campers will do from their homes. No in-person, on-campus summer camps will be held this year.
Missouri University of Science and Technology will offer teacher certification in middle school math, science, English language arts and social studies this fall after earning approval for the subjects this spring.
If you haven’t already heard, the Vintage Market fundraiser sale will be held this October 23-24 at Columbia College, and all proceeds will be donated to The Rolla Mission who provides support and services to a variety of people experiencing hardships in our community, by offering free meals and a free laundromat year-round, as well as an emergency shelter in the winter.
